It’s cold out there!
December 21st, 2008 Posted in Car Stuff, Good Photos, Lemons, Weekend UpdateIt’s been awfully cold lately. Not just cold, but we’ve also been getting lots of snow and frozen rain. Portland usually has pretty mild winters, but it seems that the weather isn’t cooperating with us. We’ve got some final stuff left to get the race car ready for next weekend that we planned on doing this weekend, but it’s pretty slow going with the weather like this outside!
We went driving around in the snow last night. The snow was very powdery and dry so it was pretty easy to get around in and fun to drive in. This morning there was about a half inch of ice covering everything, so we’ve been holed up in the house. It looks like it’s still going to be cold and wet for a couple of more days so we probably ought to shovel the walkways and driveways soon.

Hey Bryce, I just thought I’d let you know that it was 66 degrees in Oxford Alabama today. I had to put on a long sleeve shirt, just to go outside and work in the yard! Ha Ha.
I’ve been hearing on the weather channel, that all of that melting snow is really causing some bad flooding up your way. Maybe you should invest in a houseboat?
